Questions and answers
How do I use the gift card?
Add jewelry to your cart and go to checkout. Enter the gift card code in the “Discount code or gift card” field, and the amount will be deducted from your order total.
Does the gift card expire?
No. The gift card never expires.
What if my order costs less than the gift card?
The remaining balance stays on the gift card, and you can use it for your next purchases.
What if my order costs more than the gift card?
Pay the difference with any available payment method at checkout.
How do I send the gift card as a present?
On the gift card page, tick “I want to send this as a gift” and enter the recipient's email, name, message, and delivery date. We'll email the gift card to the recipient on that date.
Can I use the gift card in the boutique?
Yes. Show the QR code or the gift card code at checkout in our boutique.
